We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.



Our First Priority: Fixing the Problem



Before processing a return, we encourage you to reach out so we can try to resolve the issue. As a small business, we are always happy to work with customers to find a solution, whether that means a replacement, adjustment, or other resolution.



Damaged Items



If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:


• The damaged item

• The packaging it arrived in


We will work quickly to resolve the issue and handle the situation with the shipping carrier when possible.



Returns



Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if:


• The item is unused and in original condition

• The item is returned in its original packaging


Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part.



Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items

Refunds



Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
